Aphrodisiac Dinner

The February Dinner is here and it’s a fun one!!! We will be doing an irreverent take on Valentine’s Day by presenting a full Aphrodisiac Menu!

Foreplay

• Prosciutto, figs, whipped feta, honey, brioche
• Tuna-Avocado Crudo, sriracha caviar

• Oyster “Surf & Turf”

• Cardamom Dusted Salmon, artichoke, cherry tomato, arugula, brown butter

• Roast Duck, parsnip purée, crispy brussels sprouts, pomegranate gastrique

• Dark Chocolate & Cherry Clafoutis
