The Longest Day Fundraiser for Alzheimer's Association

June 20 is the summer solstice and the day with the most light. Oakland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is marking the event by raising awareness and funds to advance Alzheimer's Association care, support, and research programs as a Global Team for The Longest Day. 

ONRC is hosting a day long event including:

• A bake and lunch sale from 11 am to 7 pm: baked goods, hamburgers, hot dogs, macaroni salad, potato salad, walking tacos, and funnel cake available for purchase. 
• From 5 to 7 pm a carnival will be held on 706 East Alder Street at ONRC: games, bouncy houses, face painting, vendors, and food. Rides will require tickets that will be sold at the event. 
• Silent auction ongoing through the day.
