Nina Beitzel

After transitioning to Deep Creek Lake with her husband, who is native to the area, Nina fell completely in love with Garrett County. Road biking and participating in events such as the annual Savageman Triathlon gave her a new understanding and appreciation of everything the area has to offer. Nina is a people person who has always had an intense passion for working with and helping others. From teaching group exercise classes and personal training at Deep Creek Fitness, to coaching girls' basketball at Northern Garrett County High School, Nina truly enjoys helping people realize their potential and reach their goals. With a B.S. degree from West Virginia University, Nina is currently pursuing her MBA, and she has become very involved in the local community. I moved to Deep Creek Lake in January 2000 after graduating from Towson University. I only planned to only stay in Garrett County for a few months. But, it was a great winter for snowboarding at the Wisp and I quickly fell in love with the Deep Creek lifestyle. Today, I live on the lake in the Blakeslee Community with my wife & two daughters. We love it! From the day Noelle & I meet we spent a lot of time on the lake.

After a few years at Deep Creek I decided to get my real estate licenses & began my career. In 2006, I left a smaller local real estate brokerage & joined Railey Realty. It was a great decision & my real estate career has flourished. I have sold over $100 Million of Garrett County Real Estate with Railey Realty & love my job. Before Real Estate, Dale was a Financial Planner. He transferred into the Real Estate world after The Equitable Financial Co. was merged with AXA and his office was discontinued. After many years in Real Estate, his only regret is that he did not do it sooner.

Mike Kennedy

After spending summers at Deep Creek as a child, Mike and his family moved to the lake full-time in 1997. Mike has been a licensed REALTOR since 2001 and is past President of the Garrett County Board of Realtors. He recently won the prestigious Garrett County Realtor of the Year award for 2013. In 2012 he became one of the co-owners of Railey Realty, Deep Creek's largest brokerage.

Mike has developed and obtained valuable knowledge about the lake market over the years that he passes on to his buyer and seller clients. His family owned lakefront property from the 1950's to the late 80's, and Mike purchased his first lakefront home in 1997. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
